Inspired by pandan, or also known as screwpine, native to Southeast Asia and found around the Dempsey Hill areas. Its scent reminds me of Kaya, a breakfast spread which is popular in Singapore and the region. I remember the times my mom would make homemade Kaya with coconut milk and pandan extract from fresh pandan leaves, and just all that stirring and simmering over a double boil. A traditional Nonya variation is a staple breakfast spread on toast and well loved when paired with butter, which I still enjoy today with my little one.

    Payment via royalties can be accepted with a written and signed agreement between parties.

    3. Can the design's copyright be purchased?

    Absolutely, as long as the design pattern has not already been licensed. Please reach out via email and we will organise this for you.

    4. Will the patterns I purchase be licensed exclusively to my brand?

    The pricing stated in the Pattern Library are for a Non-Exclusive licensing. This means they can be purchased by multiple brands at the same time.

    Exclusive License of pattern in the Pattern Library by a brand can be arranged, as long as the pattern has not already been licensed for your product(s) category and subject to pricing changes.
